It all starts with an idea… and ends with a stunning piece of jewellery that embodies your story. Creating your bespoke jewellery is a simple, creatively rich and fun adventure!

It begins with you

Creating bespoke jewellery is about capturing a moment, a personality, an emotion. That's why Ruth works closely with every client, starting with a conversation. Ruth has a knack of forming creative gems from your story, so don't worry if you don't quite know what you want when you start. Ruth will take your ideas, likes and dislikes and turn them into something tangible.

First ideas & sketches

Ruth will send you her first ideas and sketches, which often include sculptural samples to help you visualise her ideas.

You give your feedback on the sketches and together, the approximate design is decided. This feedback can be in person, over the phone, or online. Once the design is agreed upon, a 50% deposit is paid.

Handcrafting your jewellery

The making of your handcrafted jewellery begins! You will be updated during the process. The length of time it will take will be discussed during the design process, as it will vary according to the complexity of your unique design. Ruth suggests you allow a minimum of 8 weeks.

Completion

Once complete, the final payment is collected, and then you will receive your bespoke piece of jewellery and feel fabulous ever after!
